Rafael Guerrero Clemente

Rafael Guerrero Clemente is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Benevity since February 2023, Rafael previously held the position of CTO and Co-Founder at Shellock, where development of the solution from inception to MVP was achieved. With a strong foundation in solutions architecture from Marfeel, Rafael was responsible for client customizations and led teams in tackling complex implementations, progressing from Full-stack Developer to Tech Lead and eventually Principal Solutions Architect. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Junior Frontend Developer at KOPELIA. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, earned between 2008 and 2013.
