Tiffany Kieboom

Lead, UX Research at Benevity

Tiffany Kieboom has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tiffany is currently working at Benevity as the Lead, UX Research, where they are responsible for building and maintaining a User Insights Hub and advocating for the end users or customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior UX Researcher at the same company. Before joining Benevity, Tiffany served as the Director of Charitable Programs at 4 The Kids Foundation, where they merged two charity foundations and focused on supporting programs for youth. Tiffany also served as a Roundtable Member at Fig Tree Foundation. At ATB Financial, Tiffany held various roles including Research Lead, Senior UX Research Manager, Research Manager, and Research Associate. Tiffany started their career at ATB Financial as a Customer Service Rep/Coordinator. In addition, Tiffany founded and served as the President of Fontaine Children's Charity Foundation. Overall, Tiffany has extensive experience in UX research, charitable programs, and customer service coordination.

Tiffany Kieboom has a BSc degree in Primatology from the University of Calgary, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they have a Bilingual High School Diploma from West Island College, which they earned from 1997 to 2001. Furthermore, they completed a Certified User Experience Researcher program at Akendi in 2016 and a Marketing Research and Intelligence Associate program (MRIA) in 2015. In 2000-2001, Tiffany participated in the Class Afloat program, where they pursued International Studies.
