Velvet Beaumont

Velvet Beaumont has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Velvet has been working at Benevity since 2015, where they have held various positions such as Principal Recruiter and Manager, Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at ShirPat Ventures Inc. as the owner. Velvet also has experience as a Manager at InSync Systems and as a Talent Scout at Corbis. Additionally, they worked at Veer as a Talent Acquisition specialist. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Shaw Communications, Bell West Calgary, and Replicon.

Velvet Beaumont earned a Drafting Engineering Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 1988. Velvet then completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Calgary from 1986 to 1991. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology at San Diego State University from 1997 to 1999.
