Mary Angelene Joseph

Mary Angelene Joseph serves as the Founding Member and Head of Customer Success at Benevolve Inc since April 2022, focusing on enhancing the Employee Benefits and Policy Engagement Platform. Previously, Mary held various leadership roles, including HR Director for Luxoft India LLP, where strategic planning for a cost-effective HR department was emphasized. As Manager of HR Shared Services at Citrix R&D India, Mary established the APAC HR Shared Services Center and ensured compliance and positivity within the company culture. Prior experience includes managing benefits delivery at Honeywell Technology Solutions across multiple countries, and HR functions at Oracle Corporation and ASML. Mary holds a BBA in Business Administration from Pondicherry University.
