Sofie Jansson

Sofie Jansson currently serves as VD and Styrelseledamot at Bengt Dahlgren since February 2023 and as Styrelseledamot on the Advisory Board of Framtiden since October 2023. Previously, Sofie held multiple roles at H&M Group from September 2022 to August 2025, including Organizational Development Manager, People PMO Manager, and People Transformation Lead within Business Tech. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Bengt Dahlgren from April 2019 to September 2022, HR Partner at Chalmers tekniska högskola from August 2014 to April 2019, and Human Resources Responsible at Styrsöbolaget from December 2012 to September 2013. Sofie's career began at Academic Work, where various positions, including Team Manager, Consultant Manager, and Recruitment Consultant, were held from August 2006 to November 2012, and earlier as a Travel Guide and Destination Manager at Apollo from August 1999 to October 2002. Sofie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Work- and Organizational Psychology from University West from 2003 to 2006 and has additional educational credentials from Luleå University of Technology and Jönköping University.
