Carolina Wikander

Carolina Wikander has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as an Optometric Assistant at Specsavers Nordic. Carolina then worked as a Loan Officer at SEB from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they joined Diamon as a Research Consultant, focusing on internationalization. From 2012 to 2013, Wikander served as an Online Marketing Manager SEM at Zalando, where they were responsible for the Swedish SEM team. Carolina briefly worked as a PPC Consultant at Element Lead Management in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Benify, implementing their platform across the Nordic region. Carolina then transitioned to become an HR-Tech Consultant at Benify, responsible for pre-study analyses for large enterprises. Wikander advanced within Benify and held the role of International Team Leader - Consultants from 2016 to 2018 and Global Commercial and Strategic Development Manager from 2018 to 2019. Carolina'smost recent position at Benify is Director of Commercial Operations, a role they have held since 2022.

Carolina Wikander pursued their Master's degree in Management from 2008 to 2012 at Stockholm University School of Business.
