Chris Rees has an extensive work experience in the field of project management and administration. Chris started their career at GEM Distribution as a Business Data Analyst in 2006. Chris then joined Gallagher Risk & Reward Consulting as an Underwriting Supervisor/Data Analyst in 2007, where they supervised junior staff and managed various group risk and flexible benefits schemes. In 2009, they became a Flexible Benefits Administrator at Enrich Benefits before moving on to Buck Consultants as a Senior Flexible Benefits Administrator in 2011.
