Chris Rees

Chris Rees has an extensive work experience in the field of project management and administration. Chris started their career at GEM Distribution as a Business Data Analyst in 2006. Chris then joined Gallagher Risk & Reward Consulting as an Underwriting Supervisor/Data Analyst in 2007, where they supervised junior staff and managed various group risk and flexible benefits schemes. In 2009, they became a Flexible Benefits Administrator at Enrich Benefits before moving on to Buck Consultants as a Senior Flexible Benefits Administrator in 2011. At Buck Consultants, they handled administration and project management for a flagship flex client. In 2012, they joined JLT Employee Benefits as a Systems Configuration Analyst and later became a Business Analyst. Chris was promoted to the role of Project Delivery Team Lead in 2014 and was responsible for leading a cross-functional team in implementing and maintaining projects on a Saas Employee Benefits platform. In 2018, they joined Equus Software as a Project Manager. Currently, they are working at Benify as the Head of Project Management International, where they oversee project management on an international level.

Chris Rees attended The Bishops Stortford High School, but there is no information available about the degree or field of study pursued. In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from the Project Management Institute in June 2015.
