Jarod Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jarod currently holds the position of Business Development Director - U.S. & Global at Benify, a global software company specializing in benefits management and communication. Previously, Jarod worked at Benefitfocus, where they served as a Broker Channel Manager and an Account Executive, responsible for establishing client relationships and providing consulting and guidance on employee benefits. Prior to that, they worked at ADP as a Major Accounts District Manager, providing workforce management services to mid-sized companies. Earlier in their career, Jarod held roles at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Forest Pharmaceuticals, GFI Digital, Wells Fargo Financial, and Ferguson Enterprises, where they gained experience in account management, sales, and customer relationship management.
