Martin Calderon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martin began their career at Sahlgrenska International Care AB as a Project Manager, where they focused on establishing and penetrating new markets for specialist care. Martin then joined Unilabs as a Business Controller, where they oversaw budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Martin also showcased strong project management skills by successfully planning, constructing, and launching multiple laboratory units. Martin received recognition for their work in establishing a new unit in Norway. Currently, they are the Head of FP&A at Benify, where they are responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis. Martin leads a team in delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, contributing to profitability through cost control and revenue optimization.
