Ross Spearman

Ross Spearman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as the International VP of Professional Services & Transformation and previously as the International Director of Professional Services at Benify since October 2021, Ross has a strong background in managing professional services. Prior experience includes a tenure at Darwin from August 2013 to October 2021, where Ross progressed from Associate Consultant to Portfolio Manager & Lead Consultant. Ross also founded and directed Dossier Events, specializing in event theming and production, and founded String Monkey, an award-winning graphic design agency. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2008.
