Tara Rolley, MS, GSP, currently holds the position of Senior Corporate Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety at Benjamin Moore & Co. since March 2020. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Balchem Corporation and positions focused on continuous improvement and safety engineering at Nexans and Chromalloy. Tara's expertise encompasses managing environmental, health, and safety standards across multiple manufacturing facilities, as well as implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Georgia Institute of Technology and multiple engineering degrees from Penn State University and Pennsylvania College of Technology.
