Sara Rego

Sara Rego has a strong work experience in the legal field, with a specialization in corporate law. Sara is currently working at Bennett Jones as the Team Lead in the Tax Department, where they assist a partner and manages the department's workload. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Lawnch from 2017 to 2021 and at Hooey Lawyers for a short period in 2018. Sara also gained significant experience as a Corporate Paralegal at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP from 2004 to 2017, Shea Nerland Calnan LLP from 1990 to 2004, and Homme Baker from 1979 to 1983.

Sara Rego obtained their High School Diploma from St. Francis High School in Calgary from 1977 to 1979. Additionally, they earned the certification of Commissioner for Oaths from the Alberta Solicitor General in 1981. Sara also obtained CORES Levels 1, 2, and 3 certifications from the Government of Alberta.
