Chris Mosser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Chris started their career as an Electrical and Automation Engineer at Nestle S.A. in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Chris then joined Eaton in 2012 and held various positions, including Sr. Electrical Engineer, Led Embedded Systems Engineer, and finally Engineering Manager. At Eaton, they led teams of embedded systems engineers, developed and verified controllers for aerospace applications, and was responsible for delivering embedded software and firmware NPD programs. In 2019, Chris joined Bennett Pump Company as the Director of Engineering and later became the VP of Engineering. In these roles, they focused on driving new technology development in various products, with a primary focus on developing a safe hydrogen dispenser for filling hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles.

Chris Mosser's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Michigan State University. Chris pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, completing their studies in 2008. Chris then proceeded to further their education by attending the University of Florida from 2008 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Master's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained the ISO26262 certification from TUV Nord in January 2017.
