Kara Thesing

Kara Thesing is a seasoned professional in benefits consulting with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Benefits Consulting and Consulting Team Lead at Bennie since April 2021, Kara has previously held various roles at Willis Towers Watson from September 2014 to April 2021, including Associate Director of Health and Benefits. Early in the career, Kara gained valuable experience at Cigna as Operations Project Manager and within the leadership rotational program, as well as at Aetna in multiple capacities, including a summer associate and intern. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business, complemented by studies at University College Dublin.
