Tom Carr

Tom Carr is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with over 35 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Benning Construction Company since August 2010, Tom has also held notable positions such as Chief Estimator at Project Builders from February 2006 to January 2010, and Project Manager/Estimator at Raco General Contractors from 1997 to 2004. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a P.M. Estimator at CMK/PIB between 1988 and 1997. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, obtained from 1979 to 1984.
