Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper serves as the General Counsel at MBU Capital, acting as a board director and member of multiple committees at Bens Creek Group Plc. Mark also provides legal and strategic advice to HyBird and previously served as the CEO of Acumen Education Group. With extensive experience as the General Counsel EMEA at BGC & Cantor Fitzgerald, Head of Legal at Threadneedle Investments, and as a Barrister at 2 King's Bench Walk and 2 Mitre Court Buildings, Mark has a strong background in legal leadership and regulatory compliance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB hons) from the University of Kent and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.
