Sumiko Tanaka Pusch

Sumiko Tanaka Pusch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sumiko is currently working as the Chief Operations Officer at benshi.ai, where they are responsible for developing the partnership strategy and ensuring the platform's sustainable future. Prior to this, they held positions as the Head of Operations and Partnerships and the Head of Partnerships at benshi.ai.

Sumiko also has experience as a Senior Management Consultant and the Head of Division at K.I.T. Group GmbH. Sumiko served as the ILTS and IUIS Senior Association Manager and Manager of International Association Management at K.I.T. Group GmbH, where they oversaw program management, event coordination, and budget oversight. Additionally, Sumiko worked as a Translator and International Program Manager and Project Advisor as a self-employed consultant, handling tasks such as strategic planning, program implementation, and financial management.

In terms of earlier experiences, Sumiko worked as a foreign language editor at dapd news agency and interned at the Académie Diplomatique Internationale. Sumiko also pursued their education as a graduate student at AGS in Paris, Faculté Jean Monnet, and gained marketing experience as a marketing trainee at TAIN Construction and Consulting. Sumiko started their career as an intern at the Global Marshall Plan Foundation and later worked as a Database Manager at MWH.

Sumiko Tanaka Pusch has a diverse education history. Sumiko began their academic journey at Centralia High School, where they pursued a general field of study from 1993 to 1997. Following their graduation, they went on to attend the University of Washington from 1997 to 2001, obtaining their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Sumiko pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the American Graduate School in Paris from 2005 to 2007. During the same period, they also attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Negotiations.

Furthermore, Sumiko holds certifications in Project Management Training from Messe Berlin GmbH, which they obtained in October 2018.
