Brian Gearhart

Brian Gearhart has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Realtor at Benson and Mangold Real Estate since 2003, specializing in residential inland and waterfront homes, estates, and farms across Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Queen Anne, and Kent counties. A perennial top producer within the agency, Brian has significantly contributed to making Benson & Mangold the leading real estate firm on the Eastern Shore. Prior to this role, Brian served as VP of Sales and Marketing and a shareholder at RPI International from 1995 to 2003, and worked as a licensed real estate appraiser from 1993 to 1995. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and English from Randolph-Macon College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
