Michelle Acosta

Michelle Acosta has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Michelle began their career as a Human Resource Generalist at Pay By Touch in 2006. Michelle then moved on to Jackson Hewitt as a Regional Human Resource Manager in 2007. In 2009, they became an Accountant/Human Resource Manager at Cimarron Circle Construction Company. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Business, Human Resource Manager at Lindel Engineering. During this time, they also took a sabbatical in 2013. In 2014, they began working as a Consultant for various companies. In 2016, they worked as an HR Analyst/AP Coordinator at Precison Southwest Manufacturing. From 2018 to 2019, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Manager at Optima Behavioral Consulting and as a Senior Legal Assistant (part-time) at a Confidential Attorney. Michelle then worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Benson Hospital from 2019 to present.

Michelle Acosta has obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Pima Community College in 2012, an Associates in Business Administration and Management from Pima Community College in 2012, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from J. Bass & Associates in 2010, and attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 1997 to 2001, studying Management and Accounting.
