James Robinson has extensive work experience in digital product management, conversion rate optimization, and web analytics. James started their career as a Senior Account Manager at netXtra in 2004, where they managed client website development projects. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Interactive Project Manager at JWT, where they developed strategies, planned website developments, and managed development teams. James then moved to the eNova Partnership as a Consultant, helping clients optimize and integrate their online and other channels. In 2012, they became the Web Optimization Manager at webuyanycar.com, responsible for all online conversion optimization and CRM activity. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Head of Analytics & Optimization at Zuto, providing thought leadership and technical guidance in testing, web analytics, and conversion optimization. James then joined Aldermore Bank PLC as the Head of Trading & Optimization from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for content, development, and conversion rate optimization for the bank's website. Most recently, they worked at Sofology as the Head of Conversion Rate Optimization from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital Product at Bensons for Beds, starting in 2023.

James Robinson graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2002, receiving a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing (Internet Technology). In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they completed the Google Squared program at Squared Online. In 2011, they obtained their PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification from APM Group Ltd (APMG). Prior to that, in 2010, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
