Christina Iacoucci

Christina Iacoucci is a Managing Partner and Canadian Chief Investment Officer at BentallGreenOak with overall responsibility for leading the firm’s real estate investment strategies for the Canadian Funds and Separate Account mandates. BentallGreenOak is a global real estate investment manager with approximately $70 billion (USD) of assets under management, investing for 750+ clients, with offices in 12 countries and 24 cities. The firm manages investment strategies and properties in various asset and risk classes.

Christina has 30 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investments, asset management, development, and valuation. Christina has been a leading force behind BentallGreenOak’s sustainable real estate investing and innovation initiatives.

Christina is actively involved in the real estate industry. She is a member of the board of directors of NAIOP and the President Elect for 2023. She is also one of the co-founders and board directors of CREED (Commercial Real Estate Equity & Diversity) Council. She is a longstanding member of the ICSC and the CREW Network. Christina also helps shape the industry’s future leaders through mentorship for both NAIOP and served as a real estate mentor for the Rotman School of Management Master’s Program at the University of Toronto.
