Alexis Calvillo

Alexis Calvillo is an experienced Plant Manager with an extensive background in automotive manufacturing and operations management. At BENTELER Automotive since August 2016, Alexis oversees plant operations, building upon previous roles such as Plant Director at CEBI Mexico and Plant Manager at HBPO Puebla, where responsibilities included managing departments across human resources, logistics, quality, engineering, and finance. Alexis has also led operations at PWO Cartec and CYESA, focusing on budget control and operational efficiency. A graduate of Universidad de las Américas with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, and further qualifications in financial administration, Alexis demonstrates a strong commitment to improving processes and developing effective team dynamics within manufacturing environments.
