Alvaro Diez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Alvaro started their career in Grupo Antolin as an Engineer in 1999, followed by a position as an Engineer at ITCL in 2000. In 2001, they joined GECI as an Engineer. In 2002, Alvaro became a Sales Engineer at Benteler Espagne. Alvaro then went on to work at BENTELER Group, where they held various roles, including Project Leader from 2007 to 2016, Project Manager South Europe from 2016 to 2017, Director of Manufacturing Engineering South Europe Region from 2017 to 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering plus Maintenance South Europe Region.
Alvaro Diez pursued their education at various institutions, beginning in 1991. Alvaro attended the Universidad de Valladolid, where they completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering Mechanics, which took him until 1999. In 2022, Alvaro enrolled in the Universidad Católica de Ávila and obtained a Diploma of Education, specifically in Habilidades Directivas and Gestion de Talento. The following year, in 2023, they briefly attended the IE Business School Executive Education to pursue an Advanced Management Program (AMP), although the field of study is not specified.
