Ana Laura Melendez Zamora

Ana Laura Melendez Zamora has a strong work experience in the human resources field. Ana Laura served as the Head of HR at BENTELER Group since July 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Coca-Cola FEMSA for ten years as an Especialista RH. Ana Laura also worked as an Ingeniero at Warnaco Swimwear Group from September 2003 to December 2005.

Ana Laura Melendez Zamora began their education in 1998 at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, which was completed in 2003. In 2017, they attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey to obtain a diploma in Integral Human Resources Administration. In 2014, they participated in an internal consulting program focused on organizational effectiveness at Coca Cola FEMSA. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a diploma in Tactical Talent Management with a specialization in Human Resources at IBERO Puebla.
