Maria Fernanda Gorostieta Lavalle started their work experience in 2011 at Mondelēz International, where they held various HR roles including Talent Acquisition and HR Services Coordinator, Change Management Analyst, and HR Generalist Trainee. Their responsibilities included recruitment and selection processes, managing internship programs, coordinating outsourcing agencies, budget control, and coordinating communication activities within the plant.
In 2015, they joined CancunIT as an International Business Representative.
In 2016, they moved to BENTELER Group, first as a Talent Acquisition specialist and then took on roles as Head of Organizational Development and HR Projects Mexico, Global Manager of People Development, and ultimately Head of People, Organizational Development and Communication.
Maria Fernanda Gorostieta Lavalle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. Maria Fernanda also completed a diploma in Organizational Development from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2017. Additionally, they pursued studies in International Business at TBS Education in 2009 and 2010.
