John Patek is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bentley Associates L.P. since June 2010, John previously held similar positions at Morgan Stanley and Shattuck Hammond Partners LLC, where John played key roles in originated banking opportunities and major transactions including owner recapitalizations and management buyouts. As a founding partner at Shattuck Hammond, John became instrumental in developing capital raising capabilities, while earlier at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Securities, John established equity capital raising services for a diverse range of industries. Throughout a distinguished career, John's leadership has driven significant capital raises and successful transactions at various prestigious firms, including BANC OF AMERICA SECURITIES and JP MORGAN SECURITIES. John holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Georgetown University.
