Norma Gaeta

Norma Gaeta is the Senior Manager of Merchandising and Marketing Operations at Bentley Mills, with extensive experience in coordinating product launches, events, and tradeshows. Previously, Norma held positions as a Merchandising Coordinator at Bentley Mills and Executive Assistant at the City of Santa Fe Springs. Norma also worked as an Assistant to the General Manager/Sales/Distribution departments at Arga's Food Products, Inc. Norma holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
