Jai Bolar has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Design Strategy and Innovation at Bentley Motors since December 2013, overseeing brand design and corporate innovation. Previously, roles included leadership in innovation culture and predevelopment, managing product innovation and patent protection. Jai's background includes significant positions at Tata Motors, where responsibilities spanned product development for the Tata Nano series and advanced engineering technologies, and earlier work involved research in automotive systems at the University of Michigan. Educational achievements include an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Master's in Engineering from the University of Michigan, complemented by practical engineering experience from early career roles.
