Nicola Johnson

Nicola Johnson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director Centre of Excellence at Bentley Motors, a position held since April 2008. Over the years at Bentley Motors, Nicola has advanced through several key roles, including Head of People Development & Transformation, Head of Strategy, Organisation & Transformation, and Organisation & Reward Manager.
