Curtis Dugar

Curtis Dugar serves as the Associate Dean for the Residential Center, Student Conduct and Care at Bentley University since January 2025. Prior to this role, Dugar held various positions at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, including Director of Residential Life, Housing, and Dining, as well as Special Assistant to the VP and Interim Director for Residential Life and Housing from September 2023 to January 2025. At Drexel University, Dugar was the Executive Director of Housing and Dining from February 2022 to September 2023. Earlier experience at East Stroudsburg University includes Director for Residential and Dining Services from August 2018 to January 2022, and at Virginia Tech, Dugar served as the Associate Director for Residence Life from June 2015 to August 2018. Dugar earned a Master's degree in Counseling, specializing in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Buffalo State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Denison University.
