Patrick J. Couillard Hale has diverse work experience in the field of diversity and inclusion. Patrick J. is currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Bentley University. Prior to this, they founded and became the Principal of Couillard Hale Consulting, a consulting firm focused on promoting equity and inclusion through training and educational media. Patrick J. also held the position of Director of Multicultural and Identity Programs at Babson College. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Director of Intercultural Affairs at Stonehill College and as a Residence Hall Director at Boston University.
