Selina Ulhaq

Selina Ulhaq serves as the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Wise since July 2022, where responsibilities include defining a comprehensive DEI strategy for over 5,000 employees across 19 offices. Previously, Ulhaq held the position of Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at FARFETCH from November 2020 to July 2022, focusing on creating equity and enhancing inclusion within the company. Earlier experience includes being the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion for HSBC's Global Banking & Markets division, where strategic priorities were formulated across various regions. At Morgan Stanley, Ulhaq launched impactful career development programs for women and ethnic minorities. Additionally, Ulhaq began a career in education, working as a teacher and later as a Senior Graduate Recruiter at Teach First, successfully leading recruitment initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Language from Queen Mary University of London.
