Adam Szwarc

Adam Szwarc is a seasoned professional in software engineering with extensive experience in the power systems industry and educational software development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Bentley Systems since February 2023, Adam previously spent over three decades at EasyPower LLC as a Technical Lead/Architect, where attention to detail and performance led to a significant increase in software sales. Adam's background also includes work as an Independent Contractor, providing customized software solutions, and as a Lead Programmer/Analyst at DRI/McGraw-Hill, where software consulting services and development for the Harvard Business School’s MBA curriculum were key responsibilities. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an Associate of Science in Data Processing Technology from Hartford State Technical College.
