Ashley Bullard serves as Chief Counsel at Bentley Systems since September 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles including Head of Legal at InstaDeep Ltd and Senior Corporate Counsel at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. With a robust background in legal counsel and managerial positions across various sectors, including ScottishPower and Claxton Engineering Services Ltd, Ashley has developed a strong proficiency in transaction management and contract oversight. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Banking Law and Corporate Insolvency Law from UCL, as well as a law degree from the University of Hull and further legal training at BPP Law School and Inns of Court School of Law.
