Mikail Al-Aidroos has a strong background in the technology industry, particularly in customer success and support roles. Mikail currently holds the position of Vice President, Global User Success at Bentley Systems, starting in March 2022. Mikail also led a budget of over 4 million USD on revenues of 10 million USD.
