Raju Kandaswamy

Raju Kandaswamy is a Principal Consultant at Thoughtworks since June 2019, where Raju focuses on building XR (AR/VR/MR) practices from the ground up. Prior experience includes co-founding Nilatech Robotics, specializing in Industrial Robotics and Automation for the MSME sector, and serving as a Project Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. for Car Multimedia and Navigation projects. Raju's earlier roles encompass Technical Architect at Trimble Navigation, Manager at DSM Soft [P] Ltd. with expertise in GIS and process automation, Analyst at Sword Global for EMC Documentum product development, GIS Analyst at Avineon India, and GIS Engineer at Tomohawk Software. Raju holds a Master’s in Software Systems and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, alongside a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
