Emanuel Smith

Emanuel Smith has extensive experience in the juvenile justice system, serving as a Juvenile Intake Officer and Juvenile Probation Officer at Benton County Government since April 2007. Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality in compliance with Arkansas laws, interpreting and abiding by various legal codes, coordinating with the Prosecuting Attorney, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with court orders among juveniles. Additionally, Emanuel has acted as a Diversion Officer and Social Services Director, focusing on counseling, developing placement plans, and maintaining a significant caseload. Emanuel earned a degree from the University of Arkansas between 1995 and 2000, and consistently engages in training to remain informed about community resources and policies.
