Jennifer Joyner

Jennifer Joyner is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in banking and management. Currently serving as the Financial Administrator for Benton County Circuit Clerk, Jennifer also holds roles as Recorders Administrator and Supervisor within the Benton County Government since March 2019. Jennifer has been managing and owning Protech Services since 2011. Previous experience includes business development at Limbird Real Estate Group, banking at Signature Bank of Arkansas, and serving on the Board of Directors for Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association. Jennifer’s earlier career involved significant roles at Waco Title, American National, Regions Bank, and Arvest Bank. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas.
