Philip Maeyaert

Philip Maeyaert serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Risk Committee at Beobank NV/SA since April 2023, and holds a similar position at FEDERALE Assurance-Verzekering. Since February 2021, Philip has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TINC - The INfrastructure Company and the Chairman of the Board at FinFactor. Additionally, Philip is an Honorary Chartered Accountant with the Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren since December 2017 and has been a lecturer in Consolidation and IFRS at EHSAL Management School since September 2006.
