Bruce Hastings

Bruce Hastings is an accomplished packaging engineering and labeling professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Packaging Engineering and Labeling at BeiGene since March 2020, Bruce also operates as the Managing Principal at De Mi Tierra Consulting, offering expertise in packaging design, device assembly automation, and technology transfer. Previous roles include Director of Process Technology and Director of Global Package Engineering at Amgen, where leadership involved developing innovative packaging and device assembly technologies for a global product pipeline. Additional experience encompasses key positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Eisai, and Abbott Laboratories, contributing to bio/pharmaceutical packaging and process engineering. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
