Pablo has experience in managing hotel operations and financial processes, as well as providing coaching and training to staff and senior leaders. Pablo has expertise in revenue optimization, system integrations, analyzing customer data and identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve revenue management strategies. Pablo has worked for companies such as BEONx, BED4UHOTELS, Oracle, Llao Llao Hotel & Resort S.A., CasaSur Hotel Collection, Hotel Emperador Buenos Aires, Ashford Castle, and Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires.
Pablo Subizar completed a Programa de Desarrollo de Liderazgo, designed for the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort, Golf-Spa, at the IAE Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Hotel Management Degree in Management from the Universidad Kennedy between 2001 and 2006.
