Oscar Casillas

Oscar Casillas is the CEO of BEPC, Incorporated. Oscar has over 40 years of experience in the business world, including stints as a business unit manager, engineering manager, and validation consulting engineer. Oscar has been with BEPC since its inception in 1974, and has been instrumental in its growth and success.

Oscar Casillas completed an Advanced Executive Development Program at Northwestern University. Oscar also attended Angelo State University. Oscar has a certification from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Business in Advanced Executive Development.
