Job Purpose
The Paid Ads Manager will play a pivotal role in driving lead acquisition and revenue growth by setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others, as well as testing new platforms. This role combines campaign execution, performance analysis, and strategic planning, ensuring our marketing efforts are effective. You will also use HubSpot to track campaign performance and gather insights. You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with the Content Marketing Team.
Duties and responsibilities
Campaign Setup and Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across relevant platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra and others.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
In collaboration with other the Content Marketing team, work on the development of ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with website engineering to ensure the proper implementation of performance tracking tools and optimize pages both technically and content-wise for campaign success.
Monitor connections with CRM (HubSpot) to make sure analytics are accurate.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze data to adjust strategies and ensure KPIs are met.
Reporting and Insights
Generate performance reports and share insights with the team and management.
Measure the impact of campaigns on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Marketing Operations and HubSpot Management (nice to have)
Collaborate with relevant team-members on workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and automation sequences within HubSpot.
Validate data integrity in HubSpot, ensuring proper segmentation, lead scoring, and enrichment.
Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, content, product marketing) to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
Coordinate with external consultants and agencies as needed to support campaign execution, creative development, or specialized optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Provide input for content creation and messaging based on campaign performance and audience insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Profile we´re looking for!
Experience and Skills
Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms; experience with diverse platforms is a plus.
Understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS buyer journeys.
Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM tool for managing campaigns, automation, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and recommend actionable changes.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation, online advertising, or a related field.
General understanding of web technologies and how data flows between systems; familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is a strong plus.
Experience with marketing attribution models, lead scoring methodologies, and performance tracking tools.
Proficiency in campaign management platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Ability to understand customer needs and buyer journeys within a B2B SaaS context.
Experience collaborating with external consultants, agencies, or cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
