Alison Gill

Global Head Of Customer Success (hr Strategy & Technology) at Beqom

Alison Gill is currently the Global Head of Customer Success at beqom, where they are responsible for building the Customer Success function and leading the team to ensure successful implementation and optimization of the beqom solution. Prior to this, they worked at pymetrics (now Harver), starting as a Global Enterprise Client Success Manager before becoming a Global Enterprise Client Partner. At pymetrics, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, developing change management plans, and strengthening client relationships. Before that, Alison worked at PwC as a Manager, providing HR business partnership to the Assurance Banking and Capital Markets team. Alison also has experience at Deloitte, where they served as the Head of Graduate Recruitment and later as a HR Business Partner for the Audit & Assurance Business. Alison's career began at LinkedIn, where they held roles as an HR Generalist and Recruitment Coordinator. Additionally, they have prior experience as the Principal Flute and Woodwind Section Leader of the RTE Concert Orchestra in Dublin.

Alison Gill began their education at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, where they obtained the ARIAM Diploma in Piano Performance in 2001. Alison furthered their studies at The University of Manchester, earning a Bachelor of Music degree in 2007. Alison then pursued a Master of Music degree at the Royal College of Music from 2007 to 2009, specializing in Music Performance. In 2010, Alison attended the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where they completed their Masters in Management in 2011, focusing on Business. Additionally, in 2012 and 2013, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD.
