Joshua Jewell

Joshua Jewell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Joshua is currently working as a Full Stack Engineer at BERA since January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Software Engineer at FreedomPay from October 2019 to January 2021.

Joshua's previous experience includes working at Cross MediaWorks, LLC as a Software Architect from July 2016 to October 2019, where they introduced IdentityServer4 for authentication and migrated the platform to Amazon Cognito. Joshua also introduced Domain Driven Design and a Ports and Adapters architecture.

Before that, Joshua worked at IBM as an Automation Engineer from May 2013 to November 2014, where they took on a leadership role and prioritized the Scrum Stories for the automation team. Joshua also worked as a Software Engineer at IBM during the same period, taking over a large codebase and implementing new functionality using Websphere MQ.
