Tubosun O. has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. They began their career at MultiChoice in 2008, where they served as a Customer Service Representative, providing technical and billing support to subscribers. They also played a role in building trust between the organization and subscribers by delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, they took on the responsibility of making outbound calls to address customer complaints and prepared monthly reports on complaints for the Deputy Head of Operations.

During their time at MultiChoice, Tubosun O. transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst (Credit Control Team Lead) in September 2008, focusing on credit control and financial analysis.
