Natanael Natanael currently serves as the Director of Technology Solution and Services at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa, leading over 800 IT professionals in achieving customer satisfaction through strong competency and excellent execution. Previously, Natanael held the position of Solution Consultant at Google, focusing on digital transformation and cloud technology for education and EdTech clients across Indonesia. Natanael's extensive experience at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa includes roles as Presales Manager, Cloud Technical Manager, and Technical Business Manager, overseeing significant teams and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout IT lifecycle projects. Furthermore, Natanael began a career in product development and system engineering at Aneka Spring Telekomindo. Natanael holds a Sarjana Teknik degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana.
