Sergey Golikov

Sergey Golikov has extensive experience in database administration and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Oracle DBA and Product Manager in the Installation and Support Department of the Billing Division at Bercut since November 2004. Prior to this role, Sergey held the position of Senior Engineer at Bercut from November 2001 to June 2004 and worked as an Oracle DBA at the Informational Analytical Center of St-Petersburg Government from October 1997 to November 2001. Sergey began in the field as a developer at IAC from 1997 to 2001. Sergey holds a Master’s degree in Computing Systems, Complexes, and Networks from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, where studies took place from 1995 to 2001.
