Roger Blacha

Roger Blacha has over 16 years of professional experience in the aviation industry. Roger began their career in 2004 as a Maintenance Technician at AENA, where they worked their way up to Head of Facilities Department in 2016. In 2018, they moved to Aena as a Strategic Planning and External Relations Engineer, and was later promoted to Head of External Relations. In 2020, they joined IMA Contigo as Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for making things happen in the company.

Roger Blacha completed a Postgrado en Inteligencia Emocional en las Organizaciones from Universitat de Barcelona in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Máster en Gestión Aeronáutica from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2011. Roger also holds an Ingeniería Industrial degree from Universitad Politècnica de Catalunya in Electricidad.
