Karen Bennett

Karen Bennett is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Berdon. Karen has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various positions in both the private and public sectors.

Bennett started their career as an HR Associate at First Manhattan Consulting Group in 2000. Karen then moved to SAP Global Marketing Inc. in January 2002, where they worked as an HR Generalist until December 2004. In their current role at Berdon, Bennett is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and development.

Karen Bennett has a BA in Psychology from St. Francis College and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Karen also has a certification from LinkedIn in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
